Pop & Prestige Celebrations grew from Toy’s lifelong passion for turning everyday moments into something memorable. From helping her mother decorate events to transforming her classroom with new themes each year, creating joy through design has always been a part of her world. In May 2026, she launched Pop & Prestige Celebrations to offer busy moms and professionals a stress‑free way to host stunning celebrations in the Tampa Bay area. Toy and her team are excited to bring your vision to life and make your next event POP!
